Refund policy

Unused, unopened gifts may be returned within 7 days if the packing is intact. Write to hello@ekyawan.in before you send anything back. Perishable hamper food is not returnable once dispatched unless we packed the wrong SKU. Refunds go back to the original UPI or card after the parcel is inspected in Varanasi.
